Do you provide tracking information?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
No need to worry if your tracking information isn't immediately available. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If after 5 days you still see no update, please contact us at support@thejesusapparel.com and we'll assist you promptly.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. This helps us to expedite your order and get your items to you as quickly as possible.
